Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not dispensing any chlorine for rinse cycle. Sanitizer bucket was replaced to a new bottle and >50ppm chlorine was achieved at plate level after final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the sanitizer level monitored on a regular basis.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor by the back entrance door, as well as on floor of the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all dropping removed and affected areas sanitized using 1000ppm bleach.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- 200ppm chlorine available in spray bottles.
- Coolers operating at 4'C or below; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding operating above 60'C.
- Foods stored in pest proof containers.
- Washroom sinks satisfactory.

General sanitation level satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis as discussed at this time.
