Observation: Temporary "splash guard" for handsink is not adequate (see code 308).
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, a new splash guard is to be installed that covers entire width of handsink so that there is no risk of potential splashing of dirty water into the donut icing unit.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1) There is a flimsy sheet of plastic that is clipped onto the handsink beside the donut icing unit that does not cover the entire width of the sink and is not properly affixed. This is the proposed "splash guard" between the sink and the donut icing area.
2) Pipe underneath handsink is leaking.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Obtain a new splash guard that can be permanently affixed to the handsink so that it does not move. It must be smooth, easy to clean, and impermeable to water.
2) Repair pipe.
