Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Bleach sanitizer at the front measured at 50ppm. This is lower than the required level of 100ppm.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to mix the correct ratio of bleach to water. Operator is aware. Sanitizer was made again at the time of inspection.

- All freezers at -15C.
- Rice at 60C or above.
- 3 compartment sinks available for warewashing - drain plugs available. Operator able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures. Test strips for chlorine available.
- Vent hoods in sanitary condition.
- Overall sanitation maintained.
- Bleach sanitizer in a bucket (inside kitchen) measured at 100ppm.
- Biweekly pest control service by strata pest control - ensure to keep a physical copy for every visit.
