Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff washing and sanitizing work station with a gloved hands. The staff then wore a new pair of gloves without washing hands in between before handling foods. Discussed the hand washing procedure with the supervisor. The staff washed her hands and used a new pair of gloves at this time.

Observation: Moderate amount of food and dirt build up noted under the dry storage areas and two doors coolers/freezers.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding measured 60C or higher.
Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs.
Improvement noted on pest activity. Fly traps appears to be effective.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
