Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle measured at greater than 200 ppm chlorine. Repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Contents of spray bottle discarded. Bleach water sanitizer was remade and measured 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Discussed requirements with owner at time of inspection.

Observation: Owner unable to locate thermometers in upright coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all cold holding units are equipped with a thermometer accurate to 1 degree C in order to effectively monitor the unit temperature. Date to be corrected by: March 27, 2023.

High temperature dishwasher measured at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface.
No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
*One cooler is not able to maintain 4 degrees C or less and has been designated to be used for non-potentially hazardous food only. No capacity concerns at time of inspection. No potentially hazardous foods observed to be stored in this cooler.
