Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution was not in use at time of inspection (wiping cloths were being used with water only).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Mix 1 oz bleach per gallon of water, to obtain the correct sanitizer concentration.
