Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had 0ppm residual chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): During inspection operator fixed dishwasher, about 50ppm residual chrlorine after dishwasher was fixed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of sanitizer (bleach and water solution) was reading over 200ppm on chlorine test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach and water solution sanitizer was re made and final reading was around 100ppm on chlorine test strip.
