Corrective Action(s): Reduce concentration in spray bottle to 200 ppm. Mark or label spray bottle with contents and dilution instructions (i.e. 1/2 tsp sanitizer to 1 container spray bottle). Make sure to regularly change the solution to ensure it work at recommended strength (1 week).
