Corrective Action(s): Move all potentially hazardous foods to your walk in cooler and have the upright cooler adjusted or serviced to maintain an internal temperature of <4 deg C. Any potentially hazardous foods exposed to >4 deg Celsius for longer than 2 hours must be discarded as bacteria can grow after this time limit. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler (ie. eggs, dairy, etc) until it has been adjusted or repaired to maintain a temperature of <4 deg C.
