Observation: Floor under equipment and in hard to reach areas has food debris. .

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are adequately cleaning all hard to reach areas diligently and routinely (i.e. under equipment, empty cupboards/drawers).

Observation: Spills and food debris in cupboards

Corrective Action(s): Improve nightly cleaning. Ensure staff are reaching all corners, cupboards and hard to reach areas.
Pull out all items below cash and in cupboards and clean areas. This area had high rodent activity in past. No rodent activity found today however area needs cleaning.
Clean beverage cup caddies/insert
Clean under coolers. Ensure staff are cleaning all spills including liquid and apple seeds.

Observation: Main sink faucet requires repair. Nozzle to turn water from main spout to sanitizer solution or spray is leaking. This will impact sanitizer dispensing unit if not repaired.

- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Hair restraints in use
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection
