Comments

-Oat mix stored in a box on the shelf. Recommend placing it in a sealed, pest proof container. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, traps in place. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats solution was at 200 ppm General sanitation was satisfactory.
