Discussed manual dishwashing procedures with staff. Quats sanitizer is used for sanitizing dishware.
Quats sanitizer from dispensing system noted at 200ppm. Ensure staff checks concentration prior to filling buckets as the tube feeding the sanitizer jug appears to be empty at times.

Note:
There is a 3-compartment dishwashing sink at the back in this facility. The middle compartment is also used as a handwashing sink, as noted in previous reports. Ensure the compartment stays clear so proper handwashing can occur throughout the day. If there is any violation regarding handwashing at the back in the future, an additional handwashing station shall be ordered to install.
