Follow up inspection to Rpt 252258 As per manager, premise has not heard from public health about new cases or requirements to extend EOI Closure. EHO also has not heard from public health of new cases or requirements to extend EOI Closure. Premise was closed on Apr 7/21. Closure ORDER rescinded and premise allowed to reopen for take out only and/or patio use on April 17/21 at noon. COVID-19 safety protocols reviewed. Some changes required and discussed with general manger.
