Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 4 bowls of cooked rice observed on kitchen counter. Temperature is measured to be 14.2oC to 16.0oC. Staff indicated bowls of rice were taken out from walk-in cooler for lunch rush.
Corrective Action(s): Do not keep potentially hazardous foods out at room temperature without time tracking. Only take a small amount out each time. Bowls of rice discarded.
