***Premises has been closed for 1 month while operator was away. Re-opened Oct 17, 2016.
-Handsinks fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-High temp dishwasher noted at 76 C at the plate
-Prep cooler: 4 C
-Standing cooler: 1 door: 3 C / 2 door: 3 C
-Freezers: <= -18 C
-Rice: 70 C
-Sprouts in ice bath - water changed every 4 hours
-No cooling during inspection.
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - back door & screen door closed during inspection
