Re: Acceptance of the Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan

Your Food Safety /Sanitation Plan has been accepted as meeting the Food Safety Management requirements (Section 23,24) of the BC Food Premises Regulations (BC Reg.148/99). This acceptance is subject to the following food safety practices:

· All food ingredients are coming from the approved food suppliers;
· New Food Safety plan/food preparation and food handling/ need to be submitted for any new food /additional food items in the future.
· Revised the Cooling process temperature/time: hot food must be cooled from 60C to 20C within 2 hrs, and then cooled from 20C to 4C within the next 4hrs.

You are responsible for operating your establishment in compliance with the Food Safety Premises Regulation and following safe food handling practices at all times. We appreciate the effort you have made to meet the requirements of the Regulation.
