Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Slight accumulation of biofilm growth on condenser panel of ice machine again.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean and sanitize all parts of ice machine more frequently to prevent biofilm growth. Discard all ice before cleaning and sanitizing. Staff began cleaning at time of inspection.

Observation: - Mini display cooler in front self-serve area was missing a thermometer.
- Three-door freezer in back kitchen had a broken thermometer

Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm at 3-compartment sink (from dispensing unit)
- Wiping cloths stored in bleach solution at over 200 ppm. **Ensure to mix only 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water for proper concentrations
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- No hot holding was being done at time of inspection
- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored off the floor and properly covered
- General sanitation was excellent

*Minor cleaning required for interior of 3-door freezer in back kitchen
*Ensure wiping cloths on top of prep cooler are also stored in sanitizer solution in between uses
