Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bleach solution for sanitizing food contact surfaces was not available for use at the start of the inspection.

Observation: Food debris and some mouse droppings were observed around the mixing bowl across from the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Clean today with a bleach solution. Pest control comes on site regularly.

Observation: 1) The dishwasher had a slight leak that appeared to originate from the drain pipe when it runs.
2) The hot water at the staff washroom sink is constantly running and cannot be adjusted properly.
Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2) Ensure that both items are corrected within two weeks.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
