Observation: Low temperature dishwasher is not working. The operator has called a technician for repairs and expects it to be repaired on Friday.
Corrective Action(s): Follow up inspection on Friday. Discussed manual warewashing with the operator. Restaurant will be take out/ single service utensils until the dishwasher is repaired and a follow up inspection has taken place.
