Comments

Handsink has liquid soap and hot/cold running water
Walk in cooler at 3.2 deg C
Thermometer present inside walk in cooler
3 compartment sink on site with bleach available
Bleach sanitizer in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
**Prep cooler in front area is not functioning. No foods are stored inside. Operator has mentioned that because she will be moving to a new location (date unknown, but application and floor plan have been received), she plans to rely on her walk in cooler. Discussed with her that if walk-in cooler is found to be at >4 deg C, all foods inside will be thrown out as you will not have any other coolers to re-locate your food items to.
General sanitation ok, continue to sweet up flour/debris regularly

Follow up inspection to be conducted.
