Follow up inspection conducted to verify that outstanding items from the previous routine inspection (report ABAI-BF9QUZ) have been completed:
- No foods stored in ice and scoop for ice was stored outside of the ice in a separate container
- Cover for the lights in the back area has been replaced
- Mop sink was empty at time of inspection.
- All food equipment appear clean and to be stored in a sanitary condition.
- Sanitizer solution available in both the front and back food preparation areas
- Chest freezer lid has been repaired and is smooth and washable.
- Corner of mop sink has been repaired to it is smooth and washable.
- Missing floor tile has been replaced.
* Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation and organization in the premises.
* Ensure any structural issues/deficiencies and broken equipment is repaired/replaced in a timely manner as part of ongoing mainteance
