Health permit posted in plain public view.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer in buckets and spray bottle measured 100 ppm.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 0-1 deg C.
Line coolers were at 3-4 deg C.
Line freezers were at -11 to -12 deg C.
Hot holding for hollandaise sauce, au jus and soups was >60 deg C.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual (<50 ppm).
New deep fryer and new line cooler installed. New line cooler is not yet operating. Electrical line to be serviced by certified electricia.
Improvements have been done in the restaurant. Some items still to be addressed in the kitchen area (i.e. replacement of ceiling tiles, etc.).
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place.
Staff and public washrooms in sanitary condition.
Kitchen were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraint.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
