Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 3 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: 1) Floor is a bit sticky around the two compartment sink. Fruit flies are attracted by sugar; clean floor thoroughly. 2) change mop heads more frequently and bleach them with a 1:50 bleach solution twice a week. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 3

Overall premise is very clean. Dipper wells are in active use. Spray sanitizer is 200 ppm quats Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine in final rinse. Fridges are under 4 Celsius. No signs of rodents. Hand sinks are stocked and working.
