Likely an issue with the hands free component 2) Two compartment dishwashing sink in decorating room is leaking out of the drain onto the floor. Corrective Action(s): 1) Have sink repaired immediately so staff have access to this hand sink. by June 2/23 2) Repair plumbing so it no longer leaks on the floor by June 2/23 Violation Score: 9

-hand sink in decorating room fully equipped -hand sink at the entrance to the production room fully equipped -new hot water tank installed this morning for the decorating room -quats @ 200ppm for both the decorating room and production room -dishwasher at >71C for large conveyer dishwasher -general sanitation good -pest control in place, comes twice a month. No signs of pests at time of inspection
