Follow up Inspection:

All outstanding issues in the kitchen (cleaning of hard-to-reach areas and the lower surface of the prep. table was conducted) were corrected.
Coffee creamers were stored on ice.
The ice scoop was placed into a clean container

Please see the above noted violations regarding the bar and ensure the corrective action is made today.
NOTE: The ice machines should be drained and then thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least on semi-monthly/monthly basis to maintain them in a sanitary condition as ice is a ready-to-eat food.
