Comments

- Follow-up to inspection conducted on October 19, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CWRQT8).
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm (chlorine residual) after final rinse. Staff have been monitoring with chlorine test strips every morning.
- Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottles measured 100 - 200 ppm.
- All hand washing sinks were easily accessible and unobstructed.
- No improper thawing of frozen foods at room temperature at time of inspection. Food to be frozen is now portioned accordingly such that small portions can be thawed out in a refrigerator when needed.
- Cleaning behind/under cook line has been done.
- Reminder that the ventilation hood must be turned on at all times during hours operation.

Outstanding Items for Correction:
- Operator to obtain an additional refrigeration unit within 1 week. Ensure each refrigeration unit is equipped with its own separate thermometer.
