Dishwasher has been repaired. Shelves cleaned and overhead ceiling covers replaced. Soap and paper towel are available. Keep the screen door close. No temperature log available to view. Start the temperature recording of the fridges today. Dirty water in metal bucket needs discarding every 4 hrs, not at the end of the day. In addition, wash hands with soap and water after dipping in the bucket each time. New floor covering is needed July 30, 2019.
