Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-AFYVEH of Nov-23-2016 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (The hand sink is once again blocked off and it's obvious that it is not being used. This is a recurring issue.)

On Follow-Up: -A pest control company has been contracted out (The Pest Detective). Work order is on-site. -All cleaning issues have been addressed. -All the spray bottles have 200ppm bleach and water solution in them. Talked to owner on-site regarding Standing Order. Ensure that staff are aware of how to sanitized food contact surfaces and what to use i.e. bleach and water is acceptable, not scented lysol. -As per owner, Kimchi will no longer be prepared on-site. Owner was asked to keep receipts for any kimchi purchased from an approved source. -A soap and paper towel dispenser has been installed at the single compartment sink.
