Code 302 noted on Food Complaint inspection # VTAM-CJ4TC4 of Sep-09-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher was not working properly at time of inspection. Water was draining and no sanitizer was detected on final rinse step. Correction: Service dishwasher to meet sanitizing step of 100 ppm chlorine at final rinse. Do ware washing in 2-compartment sink until dishwasher is serviced. Date to be corrected by: September 12, 2022

Comments

Follow-up to food borne illness complaint for dishwasher maintenance. Operation does not utilize the dishwasher because of minimal amount of dishware used. Operator does not intend to service dishwasher and has been utilizing the 2-compartment sink for ware washing. Sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine. No concerned identified.
