Follow up inspection: Initial approval given to operate pending other agency approvals; opening inspection also to be done. Grout was refilled; still drying Caulking around edges of baseboards was completed etc. Plumbing lines to walls were filled (eg with foam) to reduce risk of pest entrance. Food Safe Level 1 certificates submitted. Submit sanitation and temperature monitoring records. Permit fee submitted ($145.83), legal document submitted. Pest control via pest free solutions. Cleaning still to be done through out facility and kitchen. Note: ensure grout dried properly before use/washing/cleaning floors etc. Fill/caulk area between wall and 2 compartment sink system to reduce water running down walls.
