Observation:
- Ice build up observed inside walk-in freezer.
- High Temperature dishwasher took more than 10 times to reach 71C or above after power was on.
Corrective Action(s):
- Remove ice build up. Repair the unit to prevent this issue.
- It should not take this many runs to reach sanitizing temperature. Repair or replace the dishwasher unit.

Comments

All handsinks are fully equipped. *Women's washroom bin is overflowing with paper towels. Equip a larger size bin or empty the bin more frequently.
QUAT sanitizer from spray bottle and from the source measured at 200ppm.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers ranged from -12C to -24C.
Hot held food items measured at 60C or above. *Ensure to move the grilled patties to the warmer immediately it comes out from the grill oven.
*Some stains observed inside ice machine where the water basin is - ensure to clean and sanitize this part after machine is turned off and all ice are emptied.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
Ensure ventilation hood panels are cleaned routinely to prevent grease build-up.
