Routine inspection Hand washing supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. Sanitizer available in spray bottles. Chlorine detected 200 ppm in the bottles. All coolers measured at or below 4C. All freezers measured at or below -18C Dishwasher registered at 77C at the dish surface. 2-Comp sink maintained. Food storage maintained. Customer washroom maintained. No obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date. No issues noted at this date. Reminder: Ice maker observed to have some green build up and slim. Ensure the ice maker is maintained, clean and sanitized in regular basis.
