Observation: Food debris and dust noted under the front of house handsinks and ice well area. Old equipment and clutter noted underneath the central area counter top and front of house display area
Corrective Action(s): Conduct a deep clean of the facility with attention to the above noted areas. Ensure that a deep clean is scheduled on a more frequent basis.

Observation: 2 issues:
-REPEAT OBSERVATION: walk-in freezer's ceiling light does not fully light up
-Barista mini cooler no longer in use but found to have standing water and mold in side
Corrective Action(s): Replace the walk-in freezer bulb, clean and sanitize the barista cooler, remove if not in use

=Central handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=Walk-in freezer (-18C), display cooler (4C), prep cooler (-4C), and glassdoor cooler (1C)
=Facility no longer hot holding soup: off of the menu
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 80.9 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Bleach sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine available in buckets
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. =Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; staff FOODSAFE certification could not be verified at the time of inspection, ensure to keep certificates available for inspection
=Permit posted in a conspicuous location, however business name on the permit is for bobacabana. Operator must post updated permit
