Routine Inspection:
-Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available in sanitizer buckets
- Low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 100ppm at plate surface
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Stainless steel freezer and chest freezer were -18C or lower
- Under-counter coolers were not in use during inspection; used as dry storage
- Temperature logs maintained
- Food storage was good; all food items were stored off of the ground
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
