Observation: - Lightbulb covers/shields were missing in some areas.
- A few floor tiles in kitchen were broken.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure all exposed bulbs are covered/protected. Manager stated covers have been ordered.

Comments

- All handwashing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizer buckets and from dispenser. Solution in buckets and cloths are changed every 2 hours.
- Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine residual detected at dish surface after final rinse cycle
- Glasswasher at bar had 12.5 ppm iodine residual detected at glass surface after rinse cycle
- Test strips available for monitoring sanitizing concentrations.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder.
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- All hot held food items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Accurate thermometers available
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. Dipper well in use for ice cream scoops. In-use utensils held in hot water baths at above 60C.
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Pest control in place. No signs of pest control noted at time of inspection
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date.
