Observation: Some food and debris noted underneath rack by the exit door as well as on the floor throughout as inspection occurred during lunch rush.

Routine inspection conducted:
Soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at handsink
-Walk in cooler at 3.8 deg C
-All other cooler at 4 deg C or less
-Freezer at -20.8 deg C
-Hot held soups are at 60 deg C or greater
-Temperature logs are being maintained daily. Coolers are being checked 3x a day
-Utensils (scoops, tongs, etc) were stored in ice water inside plastic container
-3 compartment sink with quat sanitizer dispenser for 3rd compartment at 200 ppm at the nozzle
-Quat spray sanitizer in spray bottle (pink solution) at 200 ppm Quats
-Fumehood clean at time of inspection
-Foods stored off floor
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.6 deg C on rinse cycle
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-Manager on site has FoodSafe certificate, expiry in 2023 (copy of certificate kept on site)
