Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler (left) is measured to be 7.3oC (air temperature). Food inserts are all transferred to this cooler from walk-in cooler beginning of operation. Food temperature ranged from 5.5oC to 5.8oC. No temperature log is maintained.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until cooler is fixed. Move all foods to functional coolers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All handwashing stations in facility is blocked - one with mop bucket right in front blocking access; the other in the kitchen with a baking tray on the handsink blocking access; and the handsink at bar with a strainer inside.
Corrective Action(s): Handwashing stations are meant for handwashing only. Do not block access. Handwashing stations must be accessible at all times.
