Follow up inspection to MTRG-AQ8T5U The following violations/ deficiencies have been corrected since last inspection - Chlorine sanitizer available - Droppings have been removed from all affected areas - Wall surfaces and shelving located throughout facility have been cleaned and food debris/ spillage removed - Sink cabinet and sink have been replaced with stainless steel handwashing station, handwashing station maintained in sanitary condition and good repair Note: Due to length of handwash station fixture, some water splashes out during handwashing, ensure that this areas is always kept clean and that no food or food contact surface become contaminated
