Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sliced meats and veggies in sliding door cooler measured at 12C.
Corrective Action(s): Employee noted that the contents of the fridge had been moved there 2 to 3 hours previous. Contents of fridge were moved to the walk-in cooler. Do not use this cooler until it can be demonstrated to consistently maintain less than 4C (40F).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Frozen hamburger patties thawing at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Moved to walk-in cooler. Frozen, potentially hazardous foods must be thawed at 4C, or under cold, running water.

Observation: Sliding door cooler not maintaining less than 4C (40F). Seal on door is in disrepair.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use this cooler until it can maintain less than 4C (40F). Repair seals to help ensure this cooler maintains consistant temperatures.
