Routine inspection conducted today:
All handwash stations were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected, in the proper hierarchy and off the floor.
Hot hold units were all holding food above 60.0C.
Sanitizer container was set-up and noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Sanitize basin set-up and noted with 400 PPM QUAT.
Overall sanitation excellent - especially the deep fryers, fume hood and interior of the ice machine.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Food handlers noted wearing hair nets and practicing proper handwashing when required.
Manager on-site at the time of inspection has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate (expires March 2, 2025).
