Observation: The front waitress area sink constantly drips. This is a water source for pests (flies & rodents).
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace the faucet so the water is able to be turned completely on and off.

Comments

A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; and thermometers present.
- Low temp dishwasher had [Cl2] between 50-100ppm during the rinse cycle.
- Buckets storing wiping cloths and sanitizing spray bottles have [Cl2] of 200ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; foods stored in groups with raw proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy was last serviced in November 2023. Ensure accessible areas of the exhaust canopy is cleaned regularly to remove grease accumulation.
- No signs of pests.
- Ice machine is not in use, as parts have been ordered to fix it. Staff purchase ice for drinks and to keep condiments (bean sprouts, cut limes & jalapenos, & basil leaves) cold.
- Valid FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Staff have continued to change aluminum foil daily, and they have discontinued the use cardboard to line shelves.
