Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Aug-03-2018 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Sanitizer solution in some of the wiping cloths buckets found to be dirty. Correction: Ensure to replace the wiping cloths sanitizer every 2 hours or more frequently if it gets murky or dirty. Ensure ice water mixture in stir spoon containers is replaced every 2 hours or sooner if it gets murky.

Follow up from last inspection: Facility has installed more fly lights and sticky traps. No signs of flies at the time of inspection. Please ensure maintenance of all food areas - cleaning, sanitizing is completed on a regular basis or increased frequency to ensure no build up All food prep areas appear clean. Front end - sides of coffee machines appear clean and free for residue and food debris. Fridge <4C. Fridge was fixed immediately after the inspection on Friday, thank you, great job. Two thermometers now in cooler for monitoring. Keep up with the monitoring of this cooler and record as per your Food Safety Plan. Thank you for addressing all the issues.
