Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BGU2A2. - Bar glasswasher rinse residual measured at 12.5 to 25 ppm iodophor. Iodophor sanitizer jug is in place. - Door seals / gaskets and interior of coolers generally in clean condition - Hand washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels - No foods observed to be stored in open metal cans - FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection - It was stated that a new metal grinding plate has been ordered for tomato grinder - It was stated that a service technician was on site today to service central cooler. It was stated that technician is to return to repair cooler within a few days as a part is needed to be installed.
