Observation: Facility has mice activity. No droppings were observed on floors/shelves at this time. All food stored in pest proof containers.

Observation: Glasswasher has not been in use due to leaking issue. Technician to arrive today. All glasses had been washed through the dishwasher. OK.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the glasswasher repaired and contact the health inspector to notify.

Routine inspection conducted:

Facility was not in operation at the time of the inspection.

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
NOTE: Hot-holding units were not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure units are operating at/above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum chlorine concentration of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory.
- Foods stored in pest proof/food grade containers throughout.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.

NOTE: Baseboards around dishwashing area had been redone. Holes/cracks had been sealed in the same area.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory throughout.
