Observation: The kitchen freezer is leaking. Observed a container on the floor with water and some food debris. The freezer has excessive accumulation of ice (especially on the low shelf and boxes with food in ice/frozen/).

Front storage freezer also leaking; small accumulation of ice in the freezer;
Corrective Action(s): Replace or repair the freezers.

Note: All food is hard/frozen at the time of inspection.

Recommendation will remain: The store maintenance/possible renovation is required. Some cold storage units have to be replaced (kitchen - heavily used one);
Note: A front missing ceiling cove must be replaced.

General sanitation is satisfactory.
Hand-washing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (kitchen, walk in/basement) < or = to 4 C;
Walk-in freezer (the basement) - satisfactory (organized; food off the floor; & clean);
Hot holding units > 60 C;
High temperature dishwasher (mug washer) achieved 70.9 C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Quat sanitizer available.
Note: The sink in the corner across the three compartment sink has been repaired/in use. (Thank you.)
Surface sanitizer (kitchen) available in bucket with presoaked wiping cloth at 200 ppm Quat solution.
