-Liquid soap has been supplied to handsink inside bar. Pump style dispenser should be supplied. Ensure liquid soap is always present at this sink for handwashing. -Application form has been submitted to reflect change in DBA name to Wild Wing Bar. No changes to operation of bar. *Ensure updated health permit is posted in a visible location when it arrives.
