Observation: Around the nozzle of fountain drink machines observed to have built-up of syrup.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize around the fountain drink nozzles daily. Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing around the nozzle to first remove built-up syrup. Afterwhich ensure that area is cleaned and santized daily. Corrected by: June 21, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75.4C final rinse.
Milk/juice dispenser compartment, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiments, bacon under time-tracking system. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Exhaust hood in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: No time tracking in place for cooked fries and onion rings. Set time tracking for fries and onion rings for every 7 minutes.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
