Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Stacking of containers of food without lids observed. When containers of food are stacked on top of each other without lids, there is the potential of food becoming contaminated with pathogens, toxins, physical debris, or other illness-causing agents.
- Corrective action: Unstack these containers of food and do not stack them without lids in the future. This violation has been corrected by the operator.
- Containers of tea leaves were not covered. Food containers must be covered to protect the food inside from contamination with pathogens, toxins, physical debris, or other illness-causing agents.
- Corrective action: Cover these containers and ensure they remain covered when not in use. This violation has been corrected by the operator.
