Observation: 1. Broken thermometers in both of the undercounter freezers.
2. Faucet for front of house hand sink was loose.
Corrective Action(s): 1. The glass face on both thermometers in the front of house undercounter freezers were cracked and need to be replaced to prevent broken glass from contaminating food/food storage areas. Spoke to assistant manager onsite who replaced the two thermometers at time of inspection.
2. Faucet for front of house hand sink was loose and requires repair.

Comments

General observations:
All coolers in the front and back of house were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
All freezers in the front and back of house were less than -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding unit on cook line was over 60 degrees Celsius.
Food storage and display practices were satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
All hand sinks in the front and back of house were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
Food handler hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Quats sanitizer at dispenser and in buckets for in-use wiping cloths had concentrations of 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests.
