Routine inspection conducted with the presence of 2 staff. - General sanitation was good. - Hand wash station fully equipped with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid soap - Hot holding unit for meat balls: 69C - Sandwich cooler: -2C ~ 6°C during lunch rush hour. - walk-in cooler: 3.9°C - walk-in freezer: -22.3°C - QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle and buckets: 200ppm - All food containers properly covered and labelled. - Back door closed tight, no pest activity observed at time of inspection - Staff on duty have valid FOODSAFE certificate. Note: Keep the single use take-out containers in original plastic bags to prevent from contamination.
